Our History

Karen K. Stipetich is the owner and president of Good Deed Closings, Inc. When starting this title company, Karen recognized that as the wife of a Veteran and a daughter of a World War II Soldier, she had the capability to make a difference in the life of those who served in the Armed Forces. With that mission in mind, Veteran’s Express Total Services, Inc. was born. Running this business and being a part of so many customer milestones through the years has brought Karen and the rest of the team much joy.

As the proud owner of a Pittsburgh company, Karen continually sought to better serve the Veterans in the area and throughout the state as a secondary mission of her business which was commonly known to customers and friends as VETS Express.

However, providing great service through great title closing services to all our customers has always been our main focus. After much consideration, Karen and the team decided to change the name of the title company to Good Deed Closings, Inc. in 2020. We remain dedicated to Veterans and their best interest, but the new name better reflects everyone who can benefit from our friendly, expert service.

At Good Deed Closings, it is understood that everyone deserves a great title experience. They work hard…each and every day…to ensure that the journey to the closing table is as smooth as possible. Our mission with each transaction is to provide excellent, client-focused service.

Committed to excellence in servicing our great customers, owner, Karen Stipetich, is also deeply committed to the heroic men and women who have faithfully and sacrificially served our country. To show our appreciation and give back to our Pennsylvania Veterans, Good Deed Closings initiated the “Heroes Pay Zero” program. Veterans pay Zero settlement fee on their closing.
